About

Now is the time to start your journey.

I was a yoga teacher before I became a therapist. I have now been practicing mindfulness and studying ways to heal complex trauma for over 16 years. I have a double BA in Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies from Eastern Washington University. I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I am a trauma informed and 500- hour registered yoga teacher. I accompany clients on the journey of inviting the unconscious to transform into conscious awareness. Luckily, there are lots of ways to explore this and ya, it can be scary, but you wont be alone. My clients learn more about themselves exploring therapeutic tools like : expressive arts, movement, mindful meditation, and brainspotting. Why do this to yourself? Well, the more you understand yourself and what you need, the higher likelihood that you will heal intergeneration wounds, have better communication, less overwhelm, more intimate relationships, and overall life satisfaction. I strive to meet my clients with humor, humility, and clinical knowledge. I love working with: *athletes *activists *artists/creatives *bodyworkers *environmentalists *feminists *highly sensitives *LGBTQ+ *meditators *neuroexpansives/neurodivergents *yoga practitioners
